DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
• Devise strategies and policies for the effective functioning of the organization
• Drive all development and functions as per Company’s plan
• Ensure Company goals are met in a timely manner by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources
• Implement and effect change in the daily work environment
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Operations and Planning
• Managing and coordinating work of all managers through regular review meetings
• Developing, planning and implementing of Company policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing guidelines of operations and processes
• Hands on the day to day operation management, coaching and transfer of knowledge to local team
Budgetary & Cost Control
• Set up annual budget plan, fiscal plan and tracking mechanism
• Review financial statement and reports and keep track of financial performance of the Company
• Make analysis of areas and activities in the Company for cost saving
• Ensure compliance to governmental and regulatory requirements
Human Resource and Administration
• Building and maintain an effective executive team
• Recruiting and Training of personnel to increase employee performance
• Report the functioning of all development for performance review
• Representing the Company to major customers and stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
– B.Sc or B.A in Geology, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
– At least 15 to 20 years’ experience in the oil & gas business
– Familiar with Operation, Contracting and Finance
